
Eurolink is an international joint venture. Its objectives are
the design and construction of the Messina's Strait Bridge in
Italy. The project includes the 3300m main bridge span and all road
and rail accesses. Scheduled completion time is close to 7 years
and total construction budget is close to 6.000.000.000€. EUROLINK

IMPREGILO (45,00 %): the leading company of the
JV. Listed on the Italian Stock Exchange, Impregilo group is a
world leading construction company and a major player in the
realization of large infrastructure works, architecturally relevant
buildings, in the infrastructure management sector with a wide
range of activities from urban and extra-urban motorways, energy
production from renewable sources, as well as systems and
environmental engineering sector (desalination and waste
to-energy). In operation since 1906, today Impregilo is present
with its projects and works in more than 30 countries worldwide.
Total Group revenues in 2010 totaled € 2,062 million with a total
order book of € 23 billion.
SACYR S.A. (18,70 %): founded in 1986, as the
core of a complete infrastructure group created through continuous
growth, mergers and acquisitions. After 24 years in the field,
Sacyr Vallehermoso group is listed on the IBEX in Madrid and
Euronext in Lisbon. The group is well integrated and diversified
and covers a wide range of construction projects, real estate,
infrastructure and services. Total company revenues in 2010
were € 4,820 million and total order book € 51,531. The group
operates worldwide, 72 % of the portfolio consists of international
business.

%): founded in Ravenna in 1901, CMC is an Italian leading
construction company. Operating in Italy and abroad, CMC makes 90%
of its consolidated annual turnover, of over 805 million Euros in
2010, in construction works. Thanks to its technical and managerial
ability, its economic and financial stability as well as to the
extensive experience acquired all over the world in large
infrastructure works, CMC ranks among the few Italian general
contractors qualified for the execution of the highest class of
contracts. CMC has a permanent staff of about 500 people, 373 of
which are also members of the cooperative, and currently employs
over 8.500 people worldwide.
Ishikawajima Harima Heavy Industries Co Ltd (6,30
%): established in 1853 as a shipbuilding company it
evolved into a leading manufacturer of complex industrial equipment
and facilities. Today, IHI has ten operating unites - Aero Engine
& Space Operations, Machinery, Environmental and Logistics
Systems Operations, Infrastructure Operations, Offshore Project
& Steel Structures Operations, Rotating Machinery Operations,
Vehicular Turbocharger Operations, Energy Systems Operations,
Nuclear Power Operations, Plant Engineering Operations, Power
Systems Operations and Urban Development Operations.
Consolidated net sales 2010 were € 10,124 millions.
Consorzio Stabile A.C.I. S.c.p.A. (2,00
%): a consortium of 7 companies operating in large
infrastructures Italian works. All of them are controlled by Gavio
Group, through its leading company, ITINERA S.p.A. Its main current
project is the new Asti-Cuneo highway (€1000 million), one of the
group concession projects. Total company revenues for 2010 were
close to €600 million and total order book reached €1,000
millions.
